Privacy policy

Mosi Nursing Services (موسي للخدمات التمريضية) is a home care company in the State of Qatar. We protect your personal data in line with Qatar's Personal Data Privacy Protection Law No. 13 of 2016 (PDPPL).

• Contact details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and area.
• Care request details: the service, the shift and anything you write in your message.
• Job applications: CV, optional photo, experience, languages and skills.
• Technical data: the page you arrived from, campaign identifiers (such as utm, gclid, fbclid) and, with your consent, cookies.

• To answer your request, arrange suitable care and prepare your contract.
• To review job applications and contact applicants.
• To measure how our site and ads perform, only after you accept marketing cookies.

• Contract and invoice details: name, nationality, QID, address, phone, and the service, period and fees.
• When you sign online we record: your drawn signature, the name you type, your QID if entered, the time, your IP address and device type, and a SHA-256 fingerprint proving the contract text was not changed.
• We use this to prove and carry out the contract. The signed copy is stored privately and only you and the responsible Mosi team can access it.

When a caregiver presses Check in or Check out on their shift link, we record their location at that moment only, to confirm attendance at the client's home. We never track location at any other time, and we keep these records for payroll.

When you message us on WhatsApp we keep the conversation in our system to follow up your request. Emails are sent from no-reply@mosinursing.com, which does not receive replies; to reach us use info@mosinursing.com or WhatsApp.

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers in Doha, Qatar, with encrypted backups, and only authorised Mosi staff with protected accounts can access it.

You may tell us about a health condition so we can arrange the right care. We use it only to provide the service and never share it with advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat). What we send to those platforms is limited to technical identifiers for ad measurement, never the service type, condition or your message.

We use necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics tools and advertising pixels load only after you agree, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. See our cookie policy for details.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers working for us (hosting, messaging, e-signature), with the caregiver you choose as far as needed to provide care, or when the law requires it.

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to marketing use, and withdraw cookie consent at any time.
