These terms cover your use of mosinursing.com. By using the site you agree to them.

Information on this site is general and describes our services. It is not medical advice. In an emergency, call 999 immediately.

Sending a request form does not create an agreement. Care starts once the details are agreed and a written contract is signed setting out the service, duration, fees and each party's obligations.

We send your service contract through a private link on our website. Signing it online (drawing your signature, typing your name and confirming) is as binding as signing on paper, and you receive a signed PDF copy. Do not share the link. The invoice carries the same number as the contract; fees are paid at the start of the contract under its terms and are non-refundable unless the contract says otherwise.

Private links we send you to view caregiver profiles are for you only and expire. Please don't share them. Profiles are kept brief to protect our team's privacy.

Information and documents you send must be accurate. Applying does not guarantee a job.

Don't misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or submit misleading or harmful content.

The logo, content and design belong to Mosi Nursing Services and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
